​This course is tailored to managers and emerging leaders in the agriculture industry and will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to do better business.

Over three days industry experts will share their insights and provide you with the tools and techniques to:

  • lead and manage effective workplace relationships;
  • lead and manage team effectiveness;
  • facilitate continuous improvement; and
  • establish systems that support innovation.

On completion of this course participants will receive a Statement of Attainment for the units successfully completed.

This program is a subset of units that form part of the Emerging Leaders in Agriculture, Technology and Enterprise (ELATE) program. Those who successfully complete the program will be awarded a Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB51915). The ELATE program is delivered over three blocks. Each block can be attended/enrolled in independently:
