​This course covers the above units of competency from the BSB51918 Diploma of Leadership and Management, and is Block 1 of the Emerging Leaders in Agriculture, Technology and Enterprise (ELATE) program.

The ELATE program provides accredited professional development for agribusiness professionals within farming enterprises or associated industry, who are emerging leaders, seeking to expand their career options and skills.

Delivered over three and a half days by Jan Rose from One World Learning, along with industry subject matter experts and guest speakers sharing their agribusiness journeys, this course will allow students to develop the ability to seek innovation and embrace new technologies.

On successful completion of Block 1 participants will be awarded a Statement of Attainment for the units completed which are part of the Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB51918).
