Certificate in Regenerative Agriculture with Nicole Masters

This three day course with independent agroecologist, Nicole Masters from Integrity Soils will discuss the science behind regenerative agriculture and deliver simple solutions to inspire farmer-level practice change.

Generally the biggest challenge is the change in mindset needed to do things differently. Nicole will help farmers understand:

  • how soil affects your bottom line;
  • how to manage your underground workforce;
  • tools to increase resilience, profit and quality of produce;
  • why weed spraying doesn’t work and what you can do about it;
  • how to cut your farm’s chemical bill in half overnight, and
  • how to reduce the impact of extreme climate.

New Zealand born, Nicole is an independent agroecologist, systems thinker, author and educator.  She has formal background in ecology, soil science and organisational learning studies.  Nicole is recognised as a knowledgeable and dynamic speaker on the topic of soil health.

Her team of soil coaches at Integrity Soils has a proven record working alongside food and fibre producers across the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, taking ag businesses to the next level in nutrient density, profitability and environmental outcomes.

It is perfect timing to welcome Nicole back to WA, as she has recently completed her long awaited book, For the Love of Soil. This book equips producers with knowledge, skills and insights to regenerate ecosystem health and grow farm profits. Dr Tim LaSelle from the Centre for Regenerative Agriculture, Chico University said about Nicole’s book, “To understand the complexity and wisdom of nature is made easy and very readable by this global soil expert… It empowers us to act with confidence that we all can make a difference even if only by our choice of food.”

For the Love of Soil can be purchased via and is highly recommended as prerequisite reading to get the most out of the course. Attendees are given a workbook with over 100 pages of information to follow throughout the course.

This program is being organised by Soil Restoration Farming and RegenWA. Opportunities for trade exhibits are available. Contact Rachelle Armstrong on 0407 879 053 or at to find out more.
