This program is a subset of units that form part of the Emerging Leaders in Agriculture, Technology and Enterprise (ELATE) program. Those who successfully complete the program will be awarded a Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB51918). The ELATE program is delivered over three blocks. Each block can be attended/enrolled in independently:
Experienced managers, emerging leaders, new managers within agricultural enterprises and technical managers moving into people management roles seeking to enhance existing skills.
High level language, literacy and numeracy skills and experience using excel.
