​This course is tailored to managers and emerging leaders in the agriculture industry and will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to do better business.

Over three and a half days industry experts will share their insights and provide you with the tools and techniques to:

  • develop and use emotional intelligence;
  • lead and manage team effectiveness;
  • lead and manage effective workplace relationships; and
  • manage people performance.

On completion of this course participants will receive a Statement of Attainment for the units successfully completed.

This program is a subset of units that form part of the Emerging Leaders in Agriculture, Technology and Enterprise (ELATE) program. Those who successfully complete the program will be awarded a Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB51918). The ELATE program is delivered over three blocks. Each block can be attended/enrolled in independently:
